Afterwards, we adopt fully automated intelligent production lines introduced from Shandong’s advanced pet manufacturing bases to carry out quantitative proportioning, high-efficiency molding, low-dust polishing, and constant-temperature drying. Whether for spherical, columnar, irregular granular cat litter or scented and composite mixed products, we maintain unified production parameters to ensure consistent particle size, density, and performance of finished products. The final packaging process adopts dust-free and sealed packaging technology, which effectively prevents dust leakage, moisture absorption, and quality deterioration during transportation and storage.
Matching the standardized production process, we have built a comprehensive and rigorous whole-process quality control system covering pre-production, in-production, and post-production inspection. In the pre-production stage, our QC team conducts strict sampling and testing of all incoming raw materials, focusing on purity, impurity content, heavy metal indicators, and safety parameters to ensure all raw materials comply with EU and international pet safety standards. During production, we implement real-time online monitoring and regular sampling inspection for key processes such as product molding, clumping performance, water absorption rate, and dust content, timely adjusting production parameters to avoid product deviation.
After production is completed, all finished products will undergo full-dimensional performance testing before warehousing, including odor control capability, clumping speed, solubility, dust-free degree, and environmental degradation performance. Only products that pass all quality inspections can enter the finished product warehouse and be arranged for shipment. In addition, we support third-party testing and customized quality inspection standards according to customers’ regional market requirements.
