A: The MOQ for customized printed bags is typically 10,000 units (due to bag printing machine requirements). For plain bags with stickers, we can accept smaller trial orders.

A: Yes, our tofu cat litters are made from 100% natural plant fibers. They dissolve quickly in water and are safe to flush in standard sewage systems. (Note: Please flush in small clumps at a time).

A: We offer free samples (1-2kg per type). You only need to pay for the international courier cost. This cost will be fully refunded when you place your first formal bulk order.
Q9: What is the delivery time (lead time)?
A: For standard products, the lead time is 7-10 days. For first-time OEM orders, it takes 20-25 days (including bag manufacturing). Repeat OEM orders typically take 10-15 days.
Q10: How much cat litter can be loaded into one container?

Q11: What are your accepted payment terms?
